Charge to the Advisory Board

The charge to the Advisory Board is to provide suggestions and feedback to the Computing Alliance as the Alliance shares, tests and disseminates strategies for the recruitment, retention and advancement of Hispanics in computing. Specifically, Board members shall:

  • Review and make recommendations regarding Alliance activities, evaluation, and dissemination efforts in meeting CAHSI goals;
  • Provide suggestions regarding Alliance programs (interventions), policies and resources;
  • Make recommendations regarding strategic directions of the Alliance.

The Advisory Board will meet every year, with each meeting scheduled for a full day. Board members may occasionally be asked to provide input or feedback via e‐mail between the scheduled meetings.
